Is this a diagnosis?
No. The mat and photo guidance can help point to possible fluids and suggest when to have a leak checked. Always have a qualified mechanic inspect your vehicle and confirm the cause.
Is clear water under my car a problem?
Clear, odorless water under the passenger side can be normal air-conditioning condensation. Blue or soapy fluid may be washer fluid. Color and location alone cannot confirm the fluid; have a mechanic check it if you’re unsure.
What happens to my photo and details?
We use them to give you guidance. If you choose a shop referral, your photo, vehicle info and preferred drop-off time are sent to that shop so they can prepare.
